Senior Project ManagerFor our client, a leading Startup Accelerator in the UK, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This remote role presents an exciting opportunity to oversee and manage a portfolio of critical projects to reach strategic goals and business growth. In this position, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, defining project scope, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to align project objectives with business needs and monitor performance against established KPIs. Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams to deliver outstanding results. Establish clear goals, roles, and responsibilities to ensure team alignment.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, incorporating stakeholder input and risk assessment to foresee potential challenges.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities. Foster a collaborative environment to facilitate project success.
  • Methodology Implementation: Champion best practices in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, tailoring approaches to suit specific project requirements.

Key Requirements: 
  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, ideally within fast-paced sectors in technology, finance, or healthcare. 
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from initiation through to completion. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Relevant certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) are highly desirable.
