An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and dedicated Technical Project Manager to join a dynamic team in London. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building and maintaining relationships within business and technical communities, and who has a passion for developing and delivering training and coaching processes. The successful candidate will manage process usability and load testing.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational processes within the organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing strong relationships with both business and technical communities, delivering training, coaching, managing process usability, load testing, conducting root cause analysis, preparing reports, presenting information to management, identifying potential problems plus areas for improvement, developing and implementing effective solutions. You will also evaluate tool sets, make recommendations, justify decisions.

  • Deliver training and coaching for operational processes
  • Manage process usability and load testing in testing and production environments
  • Conduct root cause analysis and metrics reporting as part of the Ops process review life cycle
  • Ensure end-to-end test environment readiness by liaising with internal and external support groups
  • Operations experience in Securities Finance, ideally with a Broker Dealer or Prime Broker
  • Financial trading and clearing domain knowledge essential; Fixed Income knowledge preferable
  • Minimum one year additional supervisory or project management experience
  • Prior experience of developing new Operation business flows
  • Extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
