We are looking for a Project Manager to work on a large scale Transformation Program, this role will require you to work US hours (currently 5 hours behind)

The Project Manager will take full ownership of one or more workstreams within the F2A Transformation Program, ensuring successful execution across multiple sub-workstreams and dependencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the execution of assigned workstream(s), ensuring all sub-workstreams stay on track
  • Micro-manage deliverables, dependencies, and risks to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and accountability matrices to manage every aspect of execution
  • Act as the single point of contact for all stakeholders within the workstream, enforcing alignment and accountability
  • Manage the project deliverables within scope and budget and track benefit realization with the workstream leads
  • Co-ordinate internal resources, on and offshore, for the execution of the project delivery plans
  • Management of project change requests
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Maintain an obsessive focus on execution, ensuring workstream objectives are met with precision and urgency

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in senior-level project management, preferably in business transformation, consulting, or corporate strategy
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams and sub-projects
  • Proven ability to micro-manage teams and deliverables while maintaining a strong leadership presence
  • Strong understanding of business operations, process improvements, and technology implementation
  • Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in high-pressure, fast-paced transformation environments
  • PMP certification or Agile/Scrum experience is a strong plus

Predominately a remote role to cater to the US/UK time difference - with occasional travel to London Office if needed.
