We are looking for a Project Manager to work on a large scale Transformation Program, this role will require you to work US hours (currently 5 hours behind)
The Project Manager will take full ownership of one or more workstreams within the F2A Transformation Program, ensuring successful execution across multiple sub-workstreams and dependencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the execution of assigned workstream(s), ensuring all sub-workstreams stay on track
- Micro-manage deliverables, dependencies, and risks to ensure seamless project execution
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and accountability matrices to manage every aspect of execution
- Act as the single point of contact for all stakeholders within the workstream, enforcing alignment and accountability
- Manage the project deliverables within scope and budget and track benefit realization with the workstream leads
- Co-ordinate internal resources, on and offshore, for the execution of the project delivery plans
- Management of project change requests
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Maintain an obsessive focus on execution, ensuring workstream objectives are met with precision and urgency
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in senior-level project management, preferably in business transformation, consulting, or corporate strategy
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams and sub-projects
- Proven ability to micro-manage teams and deliverables while maintaining a strong leadership presence
- Strong understanding of business operations, process improvements, and technology implementation
- Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in high-pressure, fast-paced transformation environments
- PMP certification or Agile/Scrum experience is a strong plus
Predominately a remote role to cater to the US/UK time difference - with occasional travel to London Office if needed.
