Job Title: Infrastructure Test Manager / Test Lead

Location: London (with occasional travel to Southampton)
Commute: Hybrid 3 days in Office
Contract: 6 Months (Inside IR35)
Clearance Required: Must hold or be eligible for SC/NPPV clearance with Met. extension

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Test Manager/Test Lead to join a major testing and engineering program within a leading telecoms organisation. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering end-to-end system and integration testing across complex platform deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate a diverse testing team to deliver test activities on time and within scope.
Own the test strategy, planning, execution, and reporting across the full testing lifecycle.
Define scope for System and UAT testing and manage defect resolution.
Engage with stakeholders, project managers, and engineering teams to refine test needs.
Provide hands-on expertise in testing contact centre platforms, telephony systems, and unified communications.

Key Skills & Experience:

Proven experience leading System and UAT test cycles across infrastructure and telecom environments.
Strong background in functional and non-functional testing, defect management, and progress reporting.
Hands-on experience with contact centre systems, call routing, telephony, WFM, voice recording, and Unified Communications.
Understanding of LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, and security principles.
Familiarity with platforms like Cisco Webex, Mitel, or Genesys.
ISTQB Foundation or Advanced certification is required.
