Penetration Testing Scheme Manager

Hybrid Contract Day rate: £750-850 per day inside IR35

We're seeking an accomplished Penetration Testing Scheme Manager to join our exceptional client, working in a secure environment to drive major business, process and technical transformation across their complex organisation. This role requires for you to already hold SC clearance.

We require someone with experience as a Senior Penetration who has experience as a senior member of an adversary simulation team and overseen and quality assured the output of other penetration testers. This should be in an operational environment; you may also have experience as an assessor for a penetration testing exam body.

You will be required to undertake the following tasks:

* In-year sampling of reports to ensure adherence to the standard and confirm the company's ongoing technical capability.

* Coaching/remedial activities with standalone Team Leaders who have no peer support.

* Ongoing advice and support to the CyAS project team.

Most of the work will be conducted remotely, with one day a week onsite at our client's Gloucestershire or London office. On occasion, in addition to the regular day onsite, other meetings may require travel to site, but these will be occasional and by prior agreement.

As an organisation and as a team, Guidant Global are committed to fostering an equitable, diverse and inclusive workplace, where every employee and contractor feels valued and empowered throughout their time with us.

We actively seek to recruit talent from all backgrounds, and to draw on a rich blend of experiences, perspectives and creativity. We believe that when people are respected and included, they are motivated to bring their best and whole selves to work, leading to innovative solutions and exceptional outcomes for all parties.

We also recognise that everyone's life situation is unique and often filled with commitments outside the world of work. If you wish to explore part-time or flexible working arrangements, for whatever reason, then please let us know.

Even if you feel that you don't quite "tick all the boxes" for a given role, we still want to hear from you. We understand that everyone's journey is different and truly value transferable skills. Your unique viewpoint and contribution might just help to unlock our next great success.
