Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and manage the Quality System and Processes for our Building Services Business Unit. The role requires an experienced professional with a background in large-scale, diverse projects across commercial, healthcare, and science sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Quality Systems for the Building Services Business Unit.
- Lead and oversee the team of Quality Engineers to ensure system compliance and excellence.
- Continuously drive improvements and efficiencies in quality processes.
- Ensure ISO accreditation is supported and maintained.
- Collaborate with project teams to embed quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Extensive experience in quality assurance across a mix of commercial, healthcare, and science projects.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver on large-scale projects with complex requirements.
- A stable work history with minimal role changes, showcasing commitment and reliability.
- Background in building services or similar industries, with a focus on quality management.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing process improvements and maintaining accreditation standards.
