Futures and Derivatives Clearing is currently at a pivotal point in its evolution and journey to implement a target operating model and has embarked on a significant, multi-year Front to back transformation program. My client are recruiting for an experienced Program Test Manager to lead the Operations Test Management and execution across Futures and OTC Derivatives.
Key Activities
* Work within overall Front to back testing framework to lead the global test planning, scheduling and execution for the operations functions ensuring timely delivery of testing activities* Define test scope, resource requirements to ensure successful completion of testing phases* Establish and maintain robust defect management processes* Oversee test data preparation and validation to ensure data integrity for test scenarios * Coordinate with program management to ensure testing milestones align with project deliveries* Drive strong metrics and communications to demonstrate testing progress, risks and issues* Ensure clear traceability from requirements through to test execution and accurate documentation across test phases
Experience* Minimum of 10 years experience in program management or test management* Knowledge of end to end lifecycle of ETDs is a must have* Experience of test management tools* Demonstrate ability to manage complex testing projects with cross functional teams
