A financial services business based in London currently requires a Workday Test Manager to take Responsibility for establishing the overall approach, strategy and oversight for all aspects of testing within the workday implementation programme.

  • Proven experience of implementing Workday
  • Ability to define and implement test strategies, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
  • Exceptional leadership and organisational skills including attention to detail and time management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Adheres to our data governance and change governance framework and ensures that we have a consistent format for traceability
  • Supports with environment planning to ensure that all relevant systems are available and ready in good time for testing to commence
  • Responsible for defect management, including prioritization, resolution and escalation
  • Production of relevant test completion reports
