We are recruiting for a market research agency that specialises in the niche area of employee experience. They work with some of the leading UK brands advising on employee engagement, management and retention issues.
We are hiring a data scientist to design and set up the market research survey formats onto specialist market research software. Working with the market research teams who design the market survey questions using qual/quant methodology, you will establish how the technology (qual-tricks) compiles the respondee data into reports and outputs.
Working with the Head of Data Science you will have experience in programming bespoke reports to achieve and support each market research initiative and have 2-3 years experience of using SQL, Python, R, Tableau or PowerBI. Other software package experiences you may have had which would be beneficial would include; quantilope, statista, capterra, Hubspot or Google Trends.
Candidates MUST have experience working with survey technology.
This role offers career progression and can be undertaken either 100% remotely or hybrid in London, York or Manchester.
