FRAUD STRATEGY MANAGER

LONDON

This business is seeking a Fraud Strategy Manager to lead and enhance their strategic approach to managing risk.

THE COMPANY

This is global preferred embedded financing platform for some of the world's leading e-commerce sites. The software platform offers an array of flexible financing products, to match the merchants desired offerings and branding.

THE ROLE

You will be doing the following daily:

  • Develop, oversee, and continuously refine fraud prevention and detection strategies.
  • Balance fraud loss minimisation with maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Analyse and track fraud trends through data analysis, case reviews, and analytics tools.
  • Provide comprehensive oversight of fraud performance metrics across nine countries.
  • Work closely with internal teams to design and implement improvements to fraud systems and processes.
  • Proactively identify new and emerging fraud threats, taking appropriate steps to mitigate them.
  • Provide regular and clear reports on fraud trends, performance, and actions taken.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong experience leading fraud analytics within a credit company.
  • Expertise in SQL.
  • Strong stakeholder and communication skills.
