We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have extensive global exposure, with a strong emphasis on experience in the USA. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to engage in high-level conversations with the board.
Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive information security strategies.
- Lead and manage the information security team to ensure the protection of company assets.
- Engage with senior leadership and board members to communicate security strategies and risks.
- Oversee security operations and incident response.
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate security measures into all aspects of the business.
- Manage security aspects of acquisitions and mergers.
Profile
- Proven experience as a CISO or in a similar senior information security role.
- Extensive experience in the financial services sector, particularly with global funds and wealth management.
- Strong background in handling acquisitions and mergers.
- In-depth knowledge of information security frameworks and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global environment, with a focus on the USA.
