The Role:

We are looking for an experienced CyberArk Engineer to lead a Greenfield implementation project. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and configuring CyberArk solutions from the ground up, ensuring the security and management of privileged accounts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and optimize our Privileged Access Management (PAM) environment, following best practices to create a robust and secure infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:Greenfield Implementation:
  • Design, plan, and lead the end-to-end implementation of CyberArk solutions, including Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), and Central Policy Manager (CPM).
  • Establish the architecture and integration of CyberArk into the broader IT and security environment.
  • Collaborate with IT, security, and operations teams to ensure a seamless deployment of CyberArk solutions.
Solution Configuration and Customization:
  • Customize and configure CyberArk solutions to meet specific business needs and security requirements.
  • Develop workflows, security policies, and rules within CyberArk to support privileged account management.
  • Ensure integration with other security tools and infrastructure.
Testing and Optimization:
  • Conduct thorough testing of the CyberArk environment to ensure functionality, scalability, and security.
  • Fine-tune system configurations and optimize performance for ongoing operations.
Security Operations and Compliance:
  • Implement best practices in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and ensure compliance with organizational security policies.
  • Perform ongoing monitoring of privileged access, ensuring all accounts are secure and auditable.
Key Skills and Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in CyberArk implementation and administration, with a focus on Greenfield projects.
  • Deep understanding of CyberArk components, including EPV, PSM, CPM, and Password Vault Web Access (PVWA).
  • Proven ability to design, deploy, and configure CyberArk solutions in complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) best practices and security standards.
  • Experience in integrating CyberArk with existing security and IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical information to stakeholders.
  • CyberArk Defender or CyberArk Sentry certification is highly desirable; CISSP or similar security certifications are a plus.
