We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer to join a top-tier security solutions provider to blue-chip companies. This role involves completing planned preventative maintenance visits and attending remedial call-outs as required, ensuring high standards of service and security.
Day-to-day of the role:-
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM):
- Conduct regular maintenance visits as scheduled.
- Perform SSA and firmware updates as necessary, tailored to each site.

Service Call Outs:
- Respond to service calls in a timely manner, adhering to client SLAs.
- Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota to ensure 24/7 service coverage.

Service & Installation:
- Perform service remedial and small works installations as needed.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer in the security industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of security systems and their maintenance.
- Flexibility to participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota.
- A valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
