Training SME - Active Security Clearance, Defence Up to £550 per day (Inside IR35 - Umbrella) Hybrid (Flexible travelling to different locations / South West) My client is a major IT consultancy firm, who are currently looking for a Training SME to support a delivery of a comprehensive conversion training solution for an end client of theirs.This role requires an active SC Clearance and flexibility to travel to different site locations within the South west of UK.Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience working as a Training SME, holding an Active SC Clearance
  • Proficient instructor with experience in delivering pilot courses, trials training, and uplift/conversion training in a military context.
  • Strong knowledge of JSP822: DSAT, Part 2.
  • Experienced in DSAT TNA and course design.
  • Good understanding of the DSAT InVal process.
  • Familiar with TAFMIS, ACII, and the DLE.
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Skilled in using e-learning authoring tools like Captivate, Articulate, or similar products.
  • Good understanding of SCORM, TEA(L), DefStan: 00-250, Part 3, Section 11, and DefStan: 93-50 DTEC M&S Standards Profile.
  • Experience in conducting quality assurance reviews of courseware and training systems.
  • Good understanding of collaborative working and stakeholder engagement/management.
  • Experience in TAFMIS, ACII, and DLE administration.
  • Knowledge and experience with the Defence Training RfC process
