We are seeking a GCP Security Architect for a 3-month contract (Outside IR35) with a hybrid work model in London. This role is ideal for an experienced security professional who can design and implement robust security controls within Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead security architecture design and decision-making using Threat Modeling frameworks such as STRIDE and MITRE ATT&CK.
- Implement GCP service hardening best practices to enhance cloud security posture.
- Utilize and configure Cloud-Native Application Protection Platforms (CNAPP) and Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) tools.
- Develop and maintain formal security documentation, including Threat Model Reports and Policy Summary Pages.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven expertise in Threat Modeling methodologies for cloud security.
- Hands-on experience securing GCP services and implementing security best practices.
- Strong working knowledge of CNAPP and CSPM tools.
- Experience writing formal security documentation related to cloud security controls.
