This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals with some IT experience who are eager to dive into the technical world of security systems. The role involves hands-on installation and support of CCTV, access controls, and alarm systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV, access control, and alarm systems at client locations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for installed systems.
- Ensure installations comply with industry standards and client requirements.
- Work closely with senior engineers and project managers to ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion.
- Maintain detailed records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support on-site.
Ideal Candidate:
- Some experience in IT or related technical field.
- Keen interest in security technologies and a strong desire to learn.
- Proactive problem-solver with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to work on-site across Central London.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various client sites
