Salary: 90,000-120,000 + Benefits
Security Clearance: SC Clearance essential to start work (DV Cleared is preferable and candidates must be eligible to obtain DV as a minimum requirement)

About the Role

Are you an experienced Security Architect seeking a dynamic opportunity to work with a global organisation and deliver cutting-edge solutions for a Central Government client? If so, we'd like to hear from you!

In this pivotal role, you will design and implement technical security solutions, ensure alignment with organisational policies, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve robust security outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design technical security solutions, maintain documentation, and develop architecture patterns.
  • Lead technical engagements with subject matter experts (SMEs).
  • Interpret client policies and security landscapes, creating visionary architecture solutions.
  • Articulate and justify design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with senior technical stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on new technologies, recommending solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Collaborate with vendors and third parties to secure systems and data exchanges.
  • Provide specialist advice on technical approaches, controls, and solutions to meet client objectives.
  • Develop and maintain security architectures, ensuring compliance with business goals, industry standards, and regulations.
  • Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and identify vulnerabilities with actionable remediation plans.

Your Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Information Security Qualification such as CISSP.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of security frameworks, ideally NIST.
  • Expertise in DevOps, Cloud Security, SIEM systems, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
  • Strong understanding of network security, encryption, authentication, and access control.
  • Existing SC Clearance to start work (DV Clearance is highly desirable, and all candidates must be eligible to obtain DV as a minimum).
