We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Architect to join a FS business based in London.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain the overall architecture of the cyber security solutions
- Evaluate and identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities
- Develop and implement security controls and measures to protect the company's systems and data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of security measures into all facets of the company's operations
- Stay up to date with the latest security threats and trends, and implement best practices to mitigate potential risks
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the security team
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cyber Security Architect or a similar role in the financial services industry
- In-depth knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorisation and security standards
- Strong understanding of network architecture and security infrastructure
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or similar
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
