A well-established security solutions provider is looking for an experienced Security Service Engineer to join their team in London. This role focuses primarily on Access Control and Door Entry systems, servicing a range of commercial and residential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, maintain, and repair Access Control and Door Entry systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
- Provide technical support and advice to customers on-site.
- Complete all relevant documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure work complies with industry regulations and company standards.
- Participate in an on-call rota for emergency call-outs.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with Access Control and Door Entry systems.
- Knowledge of leading brands such as Paxton, BPT, Comelit, Videx, Salto, Gallagher, or similar.
- Ability to work independently and manage service schedules efficiently.
- Full UK driving licence.
- A valid CSCS/ECS card and a clean DBS check.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Experience with CCTV and Intruder Alarm systems.
- Knowledge of IP-based security systems.
- Manufacturer training or industry qualifications in security systems.
