Operate as a Senior BA to drive global trade surveillance strategy and execution within the IT function, working closely with Compliance, Technology, and business stakeholders to develop product roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business analysis on regulatory-focused technology initiatives
  • Define and document user requirements for trade surveillance
  • Manage multiple regulatory sub-projects and deadlines
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and IT delivery teams

Essential Experience:

  • Full project lifecycle understanding
  • Wholesale Financial Services knowledge
  • Technology software development experience
  • Regulatory-focused business analysis
  • Agile environment expertise
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Microsoft and project management tool proficiency

Desired Additional Skills:

  • Market surveillance domain expertise
  • Front Office process knowledge - broking methods: algo, hybrid, voice and electronic, trade and order capture including trading protocols RFQ, CLOB, etc.
  • Product knowledge and modelling across wholesale markets FICC, ETDs and Equities using fpml, FIX and other similar industry standards.
  • Understanding of global regulatory regimes
  • Experience with data requirements in surveillance systems
  • Scaled Agile framework experience
