Cyber Security Risk Manager

2 Year Contract

1-2 days per week in either London, Bristol or Manchester

£500-£550 per day

Change-IT are looking for a Cyber Security Risk Manager to join a central government client based in either London, Bristol or Manchester.

This role will be a 2 year contract. This role is INSIDE IR35, paying between £500-£550 dependent on experience.

Experience Required:

  • Experience in performing risk assessments, including business impact assessment, threat assessments / threat modelling and vulnerability (control gaps) assessments.
  • Experience in developing security standards, guidelines and codes of practice and aligns these with local risk management.
  • Good working knowledge of current cyber security threats, risks and experience in selecting security controls.
  • Good working knowledge of the security advantages and vulnerabilities of cloud technologies.
  • Ability to interact with a broad cross-section of personnel to explain and enforce security measures.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops to understand requirements and develop security cases.
  • SC Clearance not essential but must be eligible to go through check.
