Join our team at Reed Professional Services, a management consultancy specialising in IT and financial services. We are currently seeking a Project Manager to lead a critical SAP IDM migration project within the Cyber Security Team with a client.

Day-to-day of the role:

Take full control of the SAP IDM migration project, from understanding technical details to working with commercial and technical teams.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Manage project scope, budget, and timelines effectively.
Ensure data security and compliance throughout the migration process.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the migration process.
Work collaboratively with various stakeholders, managing vendor/supplier relationships in a multi-supplier environment.
Challenge processes and escalate issues when necessary to optimize project outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of SAP IDM architecture, components, and functionalities.
Knowledge of data migration processes, including ETL (Extraction, Transformation, and Loading).
Familiarity with data quality and data governance principles.
Understanding of IAM (Identity and Access Management) concepts and technologies.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in large, complex organisations, adept in both Waterfall & Agile methodologies.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills at all levels.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR and CCPA.
Vendor/Supplier management experience in a multi-supplier environment.
High resilience, drive, and a proactive, hands-on approach to work.
