Security Operations Manager - 3 Months - Inside IR35
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to lead a small team of SecOps engineers. The role involves providing interim support & direction. Focusing on Microsoft technologies, particularly Sentinel for SIEM.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily SOC operations.
- Guide and direct SecOps engineers.
- Utilise Microsoft Sentinel for SIEM.
- Uphold & integrate security policies and procedures.
- Conduct security assessments and respond to incidents.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven SOC management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, especially Sentinel.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Experience with security incident response.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certifications.
- Experience in the financial or insurance industry.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards.
