Our client is a specialist law firm based in the City. They are seeking 2nd Line Support Technician with a law firm/professional services background to join their established IT team.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing support to uses for all computer hardware and software
- Logging support calls and documenting their outcome
- Ensuring that all calls are resolved within service level agreement timelines
- Redirecting and escalating support requires to the appropriate member of the team
- Assisting with the deployment of computers including new installations and the redeployment of existing equipment
- Assisting with the compilation and maintenance of inventory hardware and software
- Assisting with the management of user accounts
- Maintaining back up files
- Reviewing processes with the IT team
- Undertaking project work
The ideal candidate will have previous law firm experience or have worked in a professional services environment. You should also have strong office 365 and iManage experience.
