We are seeking a highly motivated and capable IT Support Technician to join a dynamic and rapidly growing business in the entertainment industry. In this role, you will provide essential IT support to users, primarily based in Central London. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support to users, resolving technical issues in person and via remote channels.
  • Manage and maintain hardware setups, configuration, and system upgrades.
  • Support and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment, conference room setups, and printers.
  • Monitor and maintain networking equipment, such as access points and firewalls.
  • Ensure the maintenance of backup infrastructure, including cloud storage and laptops.
  • Assist with IT administration tasks, including support ticketing, hardware inventories, and license management.
  • Provide support for system changes and ongoing IT projects, such as data migration and office reconfigurations.

Skills & Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
  • Proficiency in supporting Microsoft Office and Azure Active Directory is essential.
  • Familiarity with Mac (iOS) support and endpoint device management is desirable.
  • Strong documentation skills, attention to detail, and a passion for user satisfaction.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and communicate with non-technical users and senior management.
