IT Applications Support Engineer
Our client is looking for an experienced IT Applications Support Engineer Analyst to start ASAP on an initial 6 month contract. This is for an immediate start.Â

6 months + long term extensionÂ
Skills/Experience
- 5+ Years min. in an IT Applications Support role
- Strong business application knowledge
- Logical troubleshooting capability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good organisation skills
- Ability to take part in workshops with business users to gather requirements for changes within applications
- Quality and objective analysis of data and process
- Understanding of SQL, Power BI and API’s
- Good understanding of Microsoft packages, Office, Visio and Project
- Good Configuration skills
- Follow processes and documentation Manage workload and helpdesk tickets using internal helpdesk system
- Able to work with Application providers and ensure smooth running of systems and SLA's are adhered to
- Deliver key areas of internal changes ie online documents, workflows & products
- Continuously review & improve application support processes and ensure that documentation is kept updated
