- ITIL v3/v4 Foundation Certification and/or working experience of ITIL environments
THE ROLE:The Service Desk Analyst will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and functionality of IT services within the company. You will provide 2nd line support for end-users whilst supporting the IT Operations team. You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network related issues, log, track and manage incidents, service requests and alerts using a ticketing system and ensure timely resolution of assigned incidents to minimise disruption or downtime.THE CANDIDATE:The successful candidate will have 2-3yrs experience in a 2nd line Service Desk environments within the financial services industry. You will ITIL qualified or have commercial experience working in ITIL environments, have experience with incident management and problem management, technical expertise of Windows 10/11, iOS and Microsoft 365, experience of Intune build deployments and Autopilot enrolment and some exposure to Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Exchange Hybrid environments. Any networking experience is ideal. INDUSTRY:Insurance
