We're working with a highly regarded law firm to find a proactive, service-driven 1st Line Helpdesk Analyst to join their IT team on a contract basis.

Duration - 6-month contractRate - £140 per dayLocation - Fully remoteClient location - Liverpool StreetAs the IT Service Desk Analyst you'll be part of a close-knit service desk team, working the early shift from 5am to 1pm (Monday to Friday). What you'll be doing

  • Acting as a first point of contact on the IT helpdesk, resolving issues or escalating where appropriate

  • Managing and updating tickets through the internal helpdesk system

  • Following support guides to troubleshoot and resolve more complex issues

  • Liaising with third-party vendors and service providers

  • Working with technologies like Office 365, Azure AD, Intune, Active Directory, Citrix, iManage, BigHand, SharePoint, and Teams

What we've looking for

  • Previous experience in a 1st Line or Service Desk role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment

  • Comfortable using and supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and Intune

  • A natural communicator who can explain technical issues clearly and professionally

  • Highly organised with a methodical approach to troubleshooting and ticket management

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced, remote environment
