IT Support Analyst - 5 days ONSITE - INSIDE IR35
We have a major client of ours looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join them ASAP on a 1 month rolling contract - 5 days ONSITE
The individual needs to have the below skills at a 1st / 2nd line level BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY ******Reliability and personality ARE KEY******
This role is an opportunity for you to grow and develop your experience in 1st and 2nd line support within a large environment across both Mac and Windows technologies.Â
- Microsoft Windows versions 10
- Apple IOS installation, configuration and troubleshooting
- Active Directory user and group administration
- Audio Visual and video conference technologies and hardware
- Anti-virus installation and centralised deployment/management tools (e.g. Sophos)
- Remote/Secure access & VPN solutions (particularly FortiClient)
- WAN/LAN Technologies
- Service Desk call logging software (Fresh Service)
- Wi-Fi Technologies (specifically Meraki)
- Desktop Imaging (Windows & Mac)
- Email management/security (particularly Mimecast)
- Microsoft Office 365 administration
- Mobile Telephony (IOS and Android)
- MDM - Intune
