A global Law firm is looking to expand their IT Support team by hiring an IT Support Analyst. looking The IT Support Analyst will be joining a business which is always investing in the latest technology and will be given the opportunity to increase their technical knowledge and experience.
In the role of IT Support Analyst, you will be supporting individuals across all levels of the business over the phone, remotely or face to face. The IT Support Analyst will also get the chance to work on projects including but not limited to; laptop deployments, ticketing system upgrade & printer upgrades.
Responsibilities for the IT Support Analyst:
- Provide global support from the service desk
- Log and register tickets on the ticketing system
- Provide support for a Microsoft stack, emails, Adobe, Windows, networking, phones, laptops, printers, AV & more
- Assist in training new starters
- Collaborate and communicate with the necessary individuals within the business
- Potential global travel on a very rare basis - this will be expensed
- Receive training on the job and via training courses funded by the company
Essential Skills for the IT Support Analyst:
- Service Desk experience within a corporate environment
- Office 365 suite, Teams & OneDrive support
- Email support
- Soft skills - hard-working, can-do attitude and willing to muck in and do what is required
Desirable Skills for the IT Support Analyst:
- AV
- Intune
- Legal experience
- ITIL
