IT Support Analyst - Outside of IR35.
IT Support Analyst required for a private sector business based in central London.
The successful candidate will diagnose and troubleshoot general system, network and application issues for clients.
You will also assist in infrastructure upgrades, security patching and general maintenance tasks.
On site 3-4 days per week.
General responsibilities: -
- Provide technical support root cause analysis for recurring problems
- Ensuring all hot desks are fully operational
- AV meeting rooms support
- Ensuring IT cupboards are organised & hardware dealt with appropriately
- IT onboarding and offboarding of users
- Keep in regular contact with end-users to understand needs and provide solutions
- Coordinate with existing vendors for the procurement of IT equipment
- Perform activities within a M365 environment, related to user support, device management, issue fixing and security improvement
