IT Support Specialist
Global Law Firm who are renowned for market-leading practices and complex transactions and restructurings are seeking to hire an IT Support Analyst to join their London office. Under the direct supervision of the London IT Support Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day support of computer operations in the International offices and will provide superior service to the Firm’s attorneys, advisors, and staff.
- Salary to £57,000 per annum

IT Support Specialist Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct technical support (Level 1 and Level 2) for computer system users in the office
- Support and troubleshoot both computer and telecommunications-related issues: software, hardware, network devices, printers, and smartphones
- Handle tickets escalated from the Help Desk in a timely manner
- Take part in Business As Usual (BAU) tasks and projects as assigned by the London IT Support Manager
- IT projects include but are not limited to software upgrades, computer set-ups, phone upgrades and end-of-lease equipment returns
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation for assigned offices and other international offices, when needed
- Maintain accurate equipment inventory by following policies and with direction from the London IT Support Manager
IT Support Specialist Skills & Requirements:
- Two years of experience in a similar role within a law firm
- Good knowledge of PC Hardware and Software – Windows Operating System 10 and MS Office 2016
- Able to participate in after-hours on-call rotation after successfully completing probation period
