They are on the lookout for a skilled IT Support Technician to join their talented team and help deliver exceptional technology solutions to clients.IT Support Technician - Duties: You’ll be a crucial part of the team, resolving IT incidents across Windows and macOS, while working from the Central London office, on client sites and remotely as required. Duties;
- Identify, investigate, and resolve IT incidents on Windows and Apple platforms
- Troubleshoot network and infrastructure issues
- Provide client-facing IT support, ensuring smooth technology integration
- Work with Microsoft 365 and other leading platforms
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners to resolve issues
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements
- Prepare and configure IT equipment for client delivery, liaising with couriers and clients
IT Support Technician - Over to You! Our Ideal Technician Will Have:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within an MSP
- Good knowledge in Windows, macOS, and iOS environments
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and other leading platforms
- Ability to manage SLAs and KPIs in a fast-paced IT environment
- A self-motivated problem-solver with exceptional customer service skills
