We are currently recruiting for an IT Support Technician for a leading US law firm in London.

This IT Support Technician position will see you:

Support the firm with complex first and second-line support issues
Perform software installations and testing
Hardware replacement and repair
Workstation set-ups for new users and office moves
Provide mobile support for iPhones, Androids, and iPads

This is a hands-on and technical IT Support Technician role, perfect for a Junior Analyst looking for a step up and more autonomy in their role. You will be a team player with a keen eye for customer service. You will also have a minimum of a years’ experience in a legal or professional services environment, dealing with senior stakeholders daily.
