We’ve got a brilliant opportunity for a graduate in Computer Science/IT to join a leading travel company as a Junior IT Support Analyst, based in their London office.

This is a developing role so we’re looking for you to have drive, ambition and a desire to put your theory into practice! You’ll be providing 1st level support for all desktop users across the business as well as a whole host of fundamental duties that will really boost your knowledge and experience.

The company you’ll be working for is an inclusive organisation with global presence and a focus on developing staff from within. You’ll be part of a supportive team who will help you find your feet but your natural ability to learn and be proactive will be an essential part of the job.

We’ll be looking for you to have:

  • A degree in Computer Science/IT related field OR practical experience in this field.

  • The ability to get to an office in North West London Monday- Friday.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, M365 & Office 365 and experience in supporting Windows 10 & Windows 11 OS
