The role is to coordinate the work of a busy IT services company. You will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls, evaluating the importance of each call and directing them to the appropriate person within the business. The majority of these calls will be clients ringing in, with various types of IT problems, that are covered by contracts that they have taken out with the company. You will evaluate each call and deal with it appropriately.
Experience of a similar role will be essential.
