Our client is a successful trading house based in the heart of the city. An opportunity has arisen for an organised and detail-oriented individual to be the Data Licensing Administrator.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for those looking to develop their career in financial data within a global proprietary trading environment. Ideal candidates may have a background in contract administration/Legal administration or a related field and a desire to gain financial and market data expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks related to data licensing and market data, including:
    • Monthly exchange reporting
    • Invoice reconciliations and approvals
    • Contract submissions to the Legal team
    • Data uploads to the contract management system
    • User data enablement
  • Support initiatives to optimise data licensing, usage, and spend.
  • Assist with contract administration, execution, and ad-hoc projects.
  • Contribute to the development of a data catalogue.
  • Monitor and action emails as required.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 12 months office experience
  • Displays professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Possesses exceptional organisational skills and respects deadlines.
  • Shows a willingness to learn, adapt, and problem-solve in a dynamic environment.
  • Follows processes and instructions diligently.
  • Is proficient in Excel and other Office 365 applications.
  • Demonstrates commercial awareness.
