This is a full-time office based role located in the attractive surroundings of Canary Wharf, and has a great office culture and genuine 9-5.30pm hours.

IT Administrator - The Role:

Working as an IT Administrator the ideal applicant will have experience in dealing with end users and have the ability to manage a wide range of technical problems in a logical manner, in what can be a challenging and demanding environment.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, hardware & software knowledge, troubleshooting skills and a willing to learn. Training will be provided where necessary.

IT Administrator - Key Responsibilities:

  • End user support / setup
  • Supporting a range of internal systems
  • Supporting Microsoft Teams rooms and VOIP/SIP based networks
  • Supporting security technologies and CCTV systems
  • WiFi Network support and mobile device administration
  • Windows Administration
  • Cloud Technologies
  • Mobile phone management, contracts & configurations
