Your new organisation is a globally recognised accountancy firm in the centre of London, and they are looking to hire an IT Systems Administrator for a Fixed Term Contract, a period of 12 months to cover maternity leave for the incumbent.

This role isn't a hugely hands on technical role, but requires a candidate whom has worked in an IT setting and is capable of being responsible for:

  • Liaising with various internal stakeholders to ensure existing IT projects are on track.
  • Liaising with suppliers for software licences and hardware, including the management of any similar queries raised through the ticketing system.
  • Tracking new starters and ensuring equipment is assigned and shipped ahead of start dates
  • Overseeing a Technology Administrator, ensuring they are working effectively and hitting necessary targets

This role will require some travel to other sites in the UK, however this will be paid for by the organisation.

In order to succeed in this role you will have strong experience of Microsoft Technology including Teams, Windows 11 and Office 365. You will have experience of working in an IT setting previously, have excellent organisational skills and be able to demonstrate exceptional stakeholder engagement abilities. You will also have worked in an IT setting, and be happy commuting into London 2-3 days per week.
