An award-winning genealogy firm based close to Old street station is seeking a Junior Records Administrator, paying up to 28,808 plus benefits, to join their growing team.

This position is based 5 days in the office due to the hands-on nature of the role and will be offered initially on a 1 year fix term contract.

The Junior Records Administrator will be assisting the team with all of their incoming mail. You will be processing the mail, making sure it is uploaded on to the document control system and then distributed to the right team. You will also be involved in supporting and running the company filing system both physical and digital. Retrieving files when requested, managing files as well as controlling the archiving system.

All of this will be trained by the Office Administrator, but the company are ideally seeking a junior candidate who is looking to get stuck in as well as kick-start their office administration career. All backgrounds will be considered, this will come down to personality. You must be process driven, have a great eye for detail and thrive on completing a task to a high level. The ideal candidate needs a bit of get up and go and be someone who learns quickly and enjoys repetitive work.
