About the Role

As part of the Marketing Operations team, you will collaborate with the Marketing Operations Manager to enhance user experiences across our organization. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our tools, systems, and workflows operate seamlessly, enabling your colleagues to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Maintenance and Configuration:

  • Configure, customize, and optimize Adobe Workfront to meet project and workflow requirements.
  • Stay updated on product releases, evaluating their impact and potential benefits.

2. Roadmap Development:

  • Identify and propose innovative opportunities within our MarTech stack.
  • Support the development and implementation of the MarTech strategy and roadmap.

3. User Support and Training:

  • Develop and maintain bespoke training content for new and existing users.
  • Provide one-on-one support and technical assistance to ensure seamless adoption.

4. Integration Management:

  • Oversee integrations between Adobe Workfront and other systems, ensuring data consistency.
  • Explore opportunities for automation and integration using Adobe Fusion.

5. Security and Access Control:

  • Manage system access requests and role assignments.
  • Oversee license utilization and enforce compliance with security protocols.

6. Data, Reporting, and Analytics:

  • Ensure data integrity by managing custom metadata, fields, and workflows.
  • Build and deploy tailored reports, dashboards, and stakeholder-specific views.

7. Documentation:

  • Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including user guides, policies, and configurations.

8. Continuous Learning:

  • Stay informed about updates, features, and best practices in Adobe Workfront and related technologies.

Working Pattern - Hybrid - 2 days per week in either the Bournemouth or London Offices. Full time hours per week.

What You'll Need to Thrive:
  • 2+ years of Adobe Workfront administration experience.
  • Proficiency in system configuration, customization, and workflow administration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot system issues.
  • Understanding of project and resource management concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support user training.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and security.
