Location: Onsite in Tottenham Court Road (5 days a week ideally but would consider 1 day from home)

AbouttheRole:

We are searching for a skilled and dedicated Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our client's dynamic start-up. As a crucial part of their IT Service Desk & Project Delivery team, you will focus on optimising the use of Microsoft 365 for their customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on various projects, define standards, and enhance security features within M365.

KeyResponsibilities:

- Provide expert-level support and management for the full M365 stack.
- Define standards and best practices for M365 usage.
- Understand and implement security features within the M365 suite.
- Manage and execute projects aimed at helping customers maximize their M365 investment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Qualifications:

- Extensive experience with the full M365 stack.
- Proficiency in Power Automate.
- Strong project delivery skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
- M365 Enterprise Expert Administrator Certification is highly desirable but not essential.

InterviewProcess:

- First stage: MS Teams interview with the Co-Founder and Service Desk Manager
- Final stage: In-person interview with both Co-Founders and the Service Desk Manager
