OneStream Application Administrator - City of London (Hybrid, 3 Days on-site)

A dynamic and rapidly growing insurance firm in the City of London to find an experienced OneStream Application Administrator. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in OneStream within the insurance broking industry. The Role:

Reporting directly to the Application Manager, you will work closely with several User Groups, including the FP&A, M&A, and divisional teams across the UK and Europe. Your focus will be on managing and optimising the existing OneStream application while understanding business needs to support improvements and deliver strategic enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee user account management within the OneStream application, ensuring timely and authorised user creation and deactivation.
  • Provide essential support for financial close processes, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end tasks as required.
  • Assist with reporting needs and Cube View requests, ensuring effective data presentation and analysis.
  • Adhere to and enforce monthly change control protocols, safeguarding process integrity and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with the NetSuite System Manager to synchronise OneStream and NetSuite systems, including any necessary mapping.
  • Assess new features and updates in OneStream, offering well-informed recommendations for potential integration.

Project Tasks:

  • Support the OneStream application rebuild, contributing expertise to enhance functionality.
  • Partner with the OneStream Developer to introduce new features and expand analytical capabilities.
  • Design and refine dashboards, Cube Views, and reporting tools to support robust data analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and implement improved application controls and procedures to optimise performance and efficiency.

Your Profile:

  • Relevant accounting qualifications (e.g., ACCA/CIMA/ICAEW) or OneStream certification.
  • Strong understanding of financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Prior experience in OneStream development and application management.
  • Skilled in data integration and configuration within OneStream.
  • Degree in Finance or a related field.
