People Systems Manager - Lead HR Technology Transformation

I am currently recruiting for an exciting People Systems Manager role within a highly regarded professional services firm. This position is a fantastic opportunity for a HR technology specialist to take ownership of the firm’s HRIS, talent development platform, and applicant tracking system, ensuring seamless integration across business applications.

Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proven HRIS expertise, with experience managing platforms such as Workday, iCIMS, Saba, Darwin, or similar.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience delivering system upgrades and integrations.
  • Ability to translate business needs into effective HR technology solutions.
  • Experience with HR data security, compliance, and process automation.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, working closely with HR, IT, and third-party vendors.
  • Line management or supervisory experience, with a focus on team development.
