Release Admin Systems Admin

The Role

We are currently working with a leading professional services company who focus on creating sustainable digital capabilities for their clients. They are now on the lookout for a Release and Systems admin to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage release and change processes for Dynamics 365, collaborating on deployments and updates.
  • Oversee system configurations, business processes, and workflow settings to align with organizational needs.
  • Administer user access, roles, permissions, and ensure security best practices are followed.
  • Handle system upgrades, extensions, and customizations.
  • Manage database backups, data migrations, archiving, and environment health checks.
  • Monitor system environments, performance, and production servers for optimal operation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, coordinating with IT teams and third-party vendors.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and security settings.

  • Power Platform Administration
