Senior Director of Sales - UK (Remote) - 110K - 125K + Market Leading Commission

Nigel Frank International, has partnered with a recognised leader in delivering Microsoft ERP solutions. My client has a strong presence in the U.S. and is currently expanding operations in the UK. The company specialises in providing transformative solutions for upper mid-market and enterprise clients across construction, manufacturing, supply chain, professional services and related service sectors.

My client are looking for a senior director of sales that will lead the company's sales efforts in the UK, managing all phases of the sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business with net-new customers. This is a strategic role, focused on driving revenue growth through a consultative approach and delivering value-driven solutions that align with client needs.

Although this role has a focus on Microsoft ERP my client are happy to consider candidates that have experience with other ERP's if they have demonstrable experience across construction, manufacturing, supply chain, professional services and related service sectors.

This is a fully remote position in the UK and will give the successful candidate the ability to help shape the practice in the UK and Europe.

Key responsibilities:

-Identify and close new business opportunities to drive revenue growth in the UK market, with potential to grow their offering in Europe

-Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

-Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead qualification, negotiations, and deal closures.

-Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.

-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery to clients.

-Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership.

-Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position solutions effectively.
