We have an exciting opportunity for two Systems & Catalogue Administrators to join our Procurement department at The London Clinic, based at our main site in London (W1G 6BW). We are offering a competitive inclusive salary range of £29,735 - £35,753 per annum.

Job Profile:

As a Systems & Catalogue Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and developing The London Clinic procurement and inventory systems and manager our catalogues to ensure they continue to meet the needs of the organisation and external customers. You will be responsible for providing accurate, relevant and real-time data related to all procurement and inventory activity. Candidates should be well organised with an ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.

  • Job Type: Permanent, Full Time.
  • Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
  • Job Location: 20 Devonshire Place, London, W1G 6BW.
  • Salary: £29,735 - £35,753 per annum.

Key Duties:

  • Provide operational support to all users of the procurement IMS systems so that requisitions and purchase orders are processed and delivered to the correct location without unnecessary delay.
  • Investigate enquiries and queries from all users of the procurement IT system, including IMS, and provide assistance as required.
  • Set-up catalogues or templates in IMS system for the use of procurement staff and remote requisitioners.
  • Work with colleagues across our procurement and stores teams to ensure that the data for catalogue updates are in a suitable format for the IMS system and manage issues as they arise.
  • Supporting the stock out process through creating reports and visibility of stock levels on hand across the hospital.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience within a procurement or supply chain department, ideally within a healthcare setting.
  • Experience of operating and utilising computer systems to provide information.
  • Ability to interpret, retrieve and manipulate data within information systems.
  • Good oral and written communications skills, with a good telephone manner.
  • Flexible approach to problem solving, with an ability to cope with frequent interruptions.
  • Experience of using an e-procurement system in the workplace, and familiarity with Meditech would be desirable.
