Company & Role Overview

Cobalt is supporting a leading commercial property management company in their search for an experienced Yardi Systems Administrator. This role will play a key part in managing, optimising, and supporting Yardi property management software across a portfolio of commercial properties. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to enhance systems functionality, improve efficiency, and support overall business operations.

The Yardi Systems and General Network Administrator will be responsible for the administration, support, and enhancement of the Yardi property management system, ensuring data integrity, efficient processes, and user satisfaction. The role requires strong technical expertise in Yardi Voyager, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Also included in the role will be administrating and aligning auxiliary software packages that the company utilise which includes S2 Riskwise (H&S) & TrackPlanFM (CAFM).

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day Yardi & auxiliary system administration, including configuration, upgrades, and regular maintenance.
  • Ensure system reliability, performance, and compliance with industry standards and company requirements.
  • Provide support to Yardi system users, troubleshooting issues and responding to inquiries efficiently.
  • Reporting and handling to remedy Client Central support cases submitted to Yardi
  • Oversee data entry protocols to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial and operational data within the Yardi system and auxiliary platforms, ensuring alignment across all platforms.
  • Generate and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to support business analysis and decision-making.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance system functionality and streamline business processes using Yardi.
  • Collaborate with accounts, property management & facilities teams to integrate and align the Yardi system with other auxiliary business applications.

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Yardi Systems Administrator or in a similar role within commercial real estate or property management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Yardi Voyager, including system setup, configuration, and data management.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with SQL or similar databases is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
