Business Analyst (Remote) is required by a well established Insurance Software Company based in London paying up to 60k. The successful Business Analyst will work closely with the Managing Director to increase revenue, achieve productivity goals, and drive the overall success of the organisation.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and optimise IT systems that improve production, operations and work-flow. You will also be responsible for improving and securing functions of networks, utilising new IT solutions to meet the growing needs of the company and working with various departments within the company to ensure relevancy and optimisation of various technological developments.
Experience Required
Has 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in the insurance industry.
Possesses a strong background in software development or analysis.
Is highly organised and results-oriented.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Is proficient in SQL, report builder tools (e.g., Crystal, MS Report Builder), and project management methodologies.
Can translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
