Role Overview:
The Business Systems Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that COINS ERP is integrated effectively and aligned with business needs. You will be responsible for process mapping, system optimisation, and ensuring best practices for long-term ERP sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through COINS ERP implementation.
- Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to define system requirements and ensure optimal configuration.
- Support end-users with training and troubleshooting to enhance ERP adoption.
- Develop a framework for monitoring and optimising ERP performance.
- Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business units to facilitate communication and change management.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to business systems.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience in business analysis, process mapping, and system implementation.
- Strong knowledge of COINS.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
